Add, remove, or reorder who appears on the board. Drop someone on the top half of You to put them above You — the top row is the Follow/Day timeline reference.

Backup & transfer

Export downloads a JSON file with people, timers, theme, and display settings. Import that file on another browser or machine (home ↔ work) to reuse the same board.
